What is Hooligan?
Hooligan is a modern Midwestern neo-bistro combining Great Lakes ingredients with French technique, thoughtful drinks, and welcoming hospitality.
Where are you located, and is parking available?
We’re at 2528 N. California Avenue in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. Parking is limited, so ridesharing through Uber or Lyft is strongly recommended.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended and open 30 days in advance. Our bar is available for walk-in dining on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $10 per person fee.
How much time is allotted for dining?

1–2 guests: 90 minutes

3–4 guests: 2 hours

5 or more guests: 2½ hours
These dining times help us welcome all guests at their reserved times.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please share any allergies, aversions, or dietary restrictions when booking and remind your server upon arrival. We’ll do our best, but we cannot accommodate every request or guarantee an allergen-free environment. Our seasonal menu and ingredient availability may affect accommodations.
Is there a service charge?
An 18% service charge is added to all checks. Our team is happy to answer any questions.
Do you accept cash?
Hooligan is a cashless restaurant. Please plan to pay by credit or debit card.
