Drawing on his humble roots from his first taste of seafood in a tin can to his experience cooking with the finest ingredients, Christian Hunter has dedicated Hooligan to celebrating regional ingredients. This new seafood bar is built on a fine casual approach that brings together old world and new world techniques with an uncompromising focus on flavor.
